If you're trying to share your data with someone prior to submitting a STARS report, then you have two options:
After you have submitted a STARS report, you have two other options.
- You can grant that user access to the Reporting Tool under your Users tab. If you don't want them to be able to edit data, you can simply give them Observer privileges and they will only have access to the preview of your report.
- You can export your report data to PDF or Excel from within the Tool and email it to someone. Just use the Download button in the "Export" column of the table at the top of your "My Submission" section. [Note: this feature is only available to institutions with a current full access STARS subscription.]
- The simplest way is just to share the link to your published STARS report.
- You can export your STARS report to PDF or Excel after it has been submitted. If you are logged in as a user who has access to that institution you will see an additional "Export" column in the table at the top of your report's summary page. Click the Download button to export to PDF or Excel.
